Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Taplets. We do our best to pack and ship orders quickly so you can start clicking as soon as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
During busy periods, new product drops, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a major delay, we will do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s current speed.
Typical delivery time after shipment is usually 2–7 business days within the United States, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Taplets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if the order has not shipped yet.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
Taplets is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, marked as delivered but missing, or stolen after delivery. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
That said, you can still reach out to us and we’ll help however we reasonably can.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and help make it right when possible.
International Shipping
At this time, Taplets may only ship to locations available at checkout. If international shipping is not shown during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
